Questions, answered.

The things customers ask most about WHS service.

How do I know if WHS serves my address?

Use the address checker on this site. It shows the services WHS offers at that location right now.

How do I start service?

Select Get Service, enter your service address, choose the service that's available, and send your request. Businesses use the quote form instead.

What size cart does WHS use?

WHS carts are high-capacity, wheeled and built for automated collection, in black with blue accents. The sizes offered depend on your market, and we confirm them for your address.

What day is my pickup?

Your pickup day is tied to your service address. Once routes are active for your area, WHS confirms it with you when your service starts.

What happens on holidays or during severe weather?

WHS posts service alerts and schedule changes on this website, and may also reach customers through the contact details on their account.

What can I recycle?

Recycling rules can vary by market. Use the WHS recycling guide and material finder for the rules that apply to your service area.

How do I report a missed pickup?

Open Customer Help, choose Missed pickup, confirm your service address and the date, and send it. You'll get a reference number to keep.

Can businesses get custom pickup schedules?

Yes. Commercial service is quoted from your location, how much waste you produce, the containers you need and how often you need pickup.

Can I request another cart or report a damaged cart?

Yes. Customer Help has separate options for an additional cart and for a damaged, lost or missing cart.

Does WHS offer autopay and paperless billing?

Billing options will be listed in Customer Help as they become available for your account. We only describe a billing feature once it's live.
